Questions about packages
How do we pay?
By card, in full, at checkout. Legacy too: one price, paid at once.
Which currency do we pay in?
The currency you choose at the top of the page. You pay the price you see, in that currency.
Are the extras included in Prestige?
Yes. Prestige includes every extra your collection takes, express delivery among them. You choose nothing and pay nothing more.
What does express delivery do?
It gives your invitation priority turnaround: your first proof within five working days of your brief. On Signature it costs £135. Prestige includes it.
What if our date changes?
Your invitation moves with it, at no extra cost. Tell us the new date, and your designer updates the invitation.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before your first proof. After that, our refund policy explains what we can return.
Read the refund policyDoes our Save the Date count towards the invitation?
Yes. What you pay for a Save the Date counts towards Signature or Prestige within 12 months, in the same currency. Order from the same account, and the checkout takes it off.
