Refund Policy

Every invitation is designed by hand for one couple, so this policy sets out clearly when a booking can be refunded, when it can be moved, and what happens if your plans change.

Last updated: April 2026. This document is a placeholder for your legal review. Replace with counsel-approved copy before launch.

1. Before design work begins

If you cancel before your designer has started — that is, before the first draft is shared with you — your payment is refunded in full.

2. Once design work has begun

After the first draft is shared, the commission covers bespoke work already carried out for you and is non-refundable. Where only part of the work has been delivered, we will consider a partial refund in good faith.

3. Postponed weddings

If your date moves, your commission moves with it at no extra cost. Tell us the new date and your designer will update the invitation and re-issue your guest link.

4. Cancelled weddings

We are sorry, and we will be kind about it. Contact us and we will discuss what is fair given the stage the work has reached.

5. If something is wrong

If your invitation does not match what was agreed, we will correct it. If we cannot put it right, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the affected work.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Where a right to cancel applies to digital services, beginning design work at your request within the cancellation period may end that right — we will tell you before we start.

7. How to request a refund

Email hello@everleighhouse.com with your name and order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within ten working days.
