Terms & Conditions
These conditions govern your use of Everleigh House — the design studio, the invitations we produce for you, and the guest-facing links we host on your behalf.

1. Service
Everleigh House designs, produces, and hosts digital wedding invitations and collects guest responses on your behalf. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Couples use authenticated accounts to manage invitations. Guests may access invitations and RSVP through secure links without creating an account.
3. Design process and revisions
Each package states the number of review rounds included. Additional rounds, added sections, or changes requested after final approval may be quoted separately before work begins.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the product in violation of applicable law. We may suspend access for abuse or risk to others.
5. Content and licence
You retain rights to the names, photographs, and wording you provide, and confirm you are entitled to share them with us. You grant Everleigh House a limited licence to host, process, and display that content to operate the service.
Collection artwork, illustration, layout, and motion design remain the property of Everleigh House and are licensed to you for your own invitation.
6. Availability
We aim to keep your invitation reachable for your guests through your wedding date and for a reasonable period afterwards, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses caused by third-party outages.
