How it works
You write to us in plain words. Your designer does the rest.
Every step, what you do, what we do and what you get back. Most of the work is ours.
Stage 1. Choose and pay

- Choose a collection and a package, then your chapters. Pay by card, at the price you see.

- Email you a private link to set up your account.
- You receive
- Your receipt, and your own Writing Desk.
When: The same day
Stage 2. Write your brief
- You
- Fill in each chapter in the Writing Desk: your story, the day, the venue, travel and what to wear. Add up to 40 photographs. Choose the questions on your reply form.
- We
- Read your brief. If anything is unclear, your designer asks you in your thread.
- You receive
- A brief that saves as you write. Send it when you have every detail, or nearly every one.
When: At your own pace
Stage 3. Your designer makes it
- You
- Nothing. This part is ours.
- We
- Set your words inside your collection. A person makes every invitation. Our tools can suggest a line to your designer, but only a person writes on yours.
- You receive
- Your first proof, by email.
When: Within two to three weeks of your brief. In the busy season, allow up to four.
Stage 4. Read your proofs
- You
- Open the proof on your phone. Approve it, or write what you want changed.
- We
- Make the changes and send the next proof.
- You receive
- Three rounds of changes. A question never uses one, and a correction of a name, a time or a place never does either.
When: A few days for each proof after the first
Stage 5. Share and gather replies
- You
- Share your link by WhatsApp, text or email. Watch the replies arrive.
- We
- Publish your invitation once you approve it.
- You receive
- Your guest list, with every reply, meal and dietary need, household by household.
When: When you are ready to share
A person, from your brief to your wedding day.
A designer makes your invitation and answers you in one thread. Write as you would to a friend. You never have to say whether a note is a fact or a design change.
What couples ask before they begin
What if we do not have every detail yet?
Send your brief when you have most of them. In the chapter, say what will follow and the day you expect it. Each detail must reach your designer at least two weeks before you share your invitation, and nothing is published while one is still to come.
Can we use our own photographs?
Yes. Add up to 40 in the Gallery chapter of your Writing Desk. Your designer works from them.
How do changes work?
Your first proof is the work you bought. After it, you have three rounds of changes. A question never uses a round, and a correction of a fact never does either. After three rounds, we still correct facts.
How do our guests receive it?
As one link, by WhatsApp, text message or email. There is no app, and nothing to sign up for.
How do replies work?
Each guest replies on the page for their household, with a meal for each course and any dietary or access needs. They get a confirmation email, and you see every reply in your guest list.
Does it work on every phone?
Yes. It opens in the phone's own browser. If a guest opens it inside Instagram or Facebook, the page helps them open it in their browser.
What if our date changes?
Your invitation moves with it, at no extra cost. Tell us the new date, and your designer updates the invitation.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before your first proof. After that, our refund policy explains what we can return.
